Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for items that do not fit, as we always provide exact measurements and a detailed size chart that customers can refer to before placing an order.
We do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason, except in the case that there is a flaw in the item that was not mentioned or a mistake on our part.
If you receive an item that is defective, flawed, or was shipped incorrectly, you have 7 days after the order is marked as delivered to report the issue to our customer service team at missangeldoll@hotmail.com.
In the event we approve a refund, the item must be returned to us unwashed and in the same condition it was shipped to you. Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will issue a full refund.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items. We do not cover return shipping fees.

European Union Customers - 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order for any reason within 14 days of receiving their purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, EU customers must notify our customer service team at missangeldoll@hotmail.com in writing within 14 days of delivery and then return the item(s) unwashed and in original condition at their own expense. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund.
