Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days of the order being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Preorder Shipping
For preorder items, please allow 4-6 weeks from the order date for delivery. Preordered items are expected to ship within 4-6 weeks, though delivery times may vary by location. We'll provide order updates via email and on our Instagram @missangeldoll. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking. Standard and express shipping options are available, but all preorder sales are final - no returns or refunds. If you have any shipping questions, contact our customer service team.

Domestic Shipping
All domestic (continental US) orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

International orders can take 2-8 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination country and any customs clearance times. We ship internationally via USPS or DHL. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes in their country.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact the respective shipping carrier (USPS or DHL) directly to file a claim and initiate the process for locating the missing package. As the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the package once it has left our facility, they will handle all inquiries and claims related to lost or undelivered orders.

We cannot provide refunds or reship orders for packages that are lost or undelivered after they have left our possession. The shipping carrier will work directly with you to resolve any issues with the delivery of your order.
